We usually recommend using the Infrared Sauna Blanket two to three times a week.

Our blankets have a timer that goes up to 60min, this is the most recommended amount for a session. However, even a short 15min session can produce amazing benefits.

We always recommend you to wear something and have a heavy towel for you to lay on when inside the infrared blanket. We highly recommend comfortable sweats in order to get even warmer and absorb all the sweat. Do NOT lay with your skin in direct contact with the blanket while it is turned on. 

The main difference between our blanket and a standard infrared sauna is of course the physical shape and size, which allows for you to take your Infrared Sauna Blanket to anywhere you go. The other difference would be that a standard infrared sauna offer both far and full spectrum infrared rays and ours only far infrared rays, mostly impacting how quickly your body warms up inside them.

Our blanket is made of high-grade PU leather on the exterior and PVC lining on the interior making it water-resistant, or in most cases sweat-resistant. So simply whipping it down with a wet towel or your general cleaning product, one that’s non-toxic and natural based, does the trick.

The Infrared Sauna Blanket weights roughly 22lbs and we provide a travel bag with your purchase that you may store and carry the blanket in.
